She has had previous experience in recruitment research and as a Resourcer in Oxfordshire, so her candidate matching skills are second to none. Before working in Recruitment Shantelle worked within Sales and Customer Service roles. She is driven by the desire to meet clients’ needs quickly and accurately; taking the hassle of recruitment off your hands.
